What to do if you have damp or mould in your home
Nobody wants to see damp or mould in their home, so if you spot it anywhere it's important you let us know straight away.
We've put together some useful advice and information about damp, mould and condensation, what you can do yourself to try and prevent it, and what we'll do if you tell us you're having a problem.
Are you interested in shared ownership?
If you're looking to buy your home, but maybe you can't afford to on the open market, then shared ownership could be a great option for you to take that first step on to the property ladder.
IT'S NOT OK
We know we get things wrong sometimes; we know that residents may feel upset, frustrated, and even angry with us.
But IT’S NOT OK for those feelings to turn into abusive and threatening behaviour towards our teams.
Together with Tenants
We've signed up to Together with Tenants, a resident led initiative in partnership with the National Housing Federation.
It's aimed at helping making sure relationships between residents and their housing association are as strong as they can be.
