From 1 May, our phone lines will be open longer.
When we introduced the new phone system in April, we said that we would follow up with more news about how we are making it easier for you to contact us at a time suitable for you.
We know that sometimes our phonelines are busy and your feedback has told us that it can be difficult to get through to us, and that our current opening times don’t work for you.
You’ll now be able to call us in the evenings during the week and on a Saturday morning to report a repair or ask us a general query.
From 1 May, our phones will be open:
Monday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 12;00pm
Sunday Closed
We’re hoping to extend these hours, and the number of services available, further in the coming months, so please bear with us as we work hard to keep improving for you.
Changing our email address
We've also listened to your feedback about it being too confusing to send us an email, so we're working on changes to make this even easier for you, and that should mean you get a quicker answer from us.
