Tell us what you think!

With the introduction of the Building Safety Act 2022, this has given us opportunity to look at how we manage High Risk Buildings (commonly now referred to as HRB’s). By definition, a property is a HRB by the recorded height, not specifically a higher risk process or use within it. Where a property is at 18 metres in height from ground to the floor of the top level or is at least 7 floors, this becomes a HRB and falls under the stated legislation.

One key requirement of this legislation is around giving you as a resident of a HRB at PA Housing a voice to assist us in making your home safer. The Resident Engagement Plan linked below sets out how we will engage and communicate with you as residents of Windsor Court and the building safety and management of the building going forward.
