That's why getting involved is so important!
Resident Involvement is about having your voice heard and working alongside the senior leadership team, and our Board, to help influence our decisions and make things better for all residents.
It could be helping to review one of our existing services, speaking up on behalf of others or helping them find their voice, as well as holding us to account and making sure we meet the highest standards you all deserve.
It's also a great way of gaining some new skills and making some new friends.

Our residents are PA Housing. That’s why we love it when you get involved and help make decisions about the services we provide. You know where you live better than anyone else, that's why we’ll see how we can make changes, based on your feedback.
You won’t always be available to be involved in these opportunities, but we’re proud to offer different ways for you to engage with our colleagues and other residents.

Who are the Residents' Assembly?
The Resident Assembly is a resident-led group that works in partnership with us to improve the services we provide to residents. We want to hear your voices so we know what matters to you most. The Resident Assembly (RA) work alongside colleagues at PA to provide feedback about what is working and where we need to make changes. This is about making sure your voices are heard at the start of, and throughout, the decision making process so you're influencing how we do things.
What is a Service Improvement Panel all about?
Service Improvement Panels (SIPs) are a positive way of us improving our services for the benefit of all residents.
We recruit residents to each SIP separately so they can get involved with a topic that’s important to them.
