We want to make sure you like where you live, so keeping the communal areas clean and tidy is an important part of making you feel at home.
This could include keeping communal stairwells clean, removing offensive graffiti, keeping bin areas tidy and helping to tackle fly-tipping. We also need your help to make sure communal areas stay looking their best.
Where we’re responsible for the cleaning, our specification clearly sets out our promise to you and what you can expect from us on each visit.

Any other frequency | Monthly, every two months, every three months | This will be determined by the tenure or lease type at a specific building NC's will be able to elaborate further as required. |
