Who are PiLON?

Training courses from PiLON

These courses are Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) accredited, via Teams or in person at a location of your choice.


Level 1 Health and Safety Training

Following successful completion of this one-day course, attendees can then go on to take the CSCS test to obtain their Green Card. This training provides fundamental knowledge about health and safety practices in the construction
industry, ensuring that workers understand the basic principles of staying safe on site.

Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)

This is a two-day course, and attendees must attend both days to be able to sit the exam.

SSSTS is a comprehensive training program designed for anybody wanting a career in construction site supervision. The training aims to promote a safer working environment within the construction industry by equipping supervisors with the necessary tools to effectively identify, mitigate and manage potential health and safety risks on construction sites.

Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)

This is a five-day course (usually one day for five consecutive weeks), and attendees must attend all days to be able to sit the exam, more info attached.

SMSTS is a comprehensive training program designed to improve safety knowledge and skills of individuals responsible for managing construction sites. The training aims to promote a safer working environment within the construction industry by equipping surveyors, site managers and supervisors with the necessary tools to effectively identify, mitigate and manage potential health and safety risks on construction sites.
